Disability training options
You may have been contacted by people outside of our Synod offering disability training or be aware of other resources out there. While we acknowledge many lived experiences that are being offered as resources and even ‘helpful’ suggestions of what actions could be implemented, we ask that you consider such options in consultation with me, as Disability and Advocacy Officer, and with the Uniting Church Disability Access and Inclusion Policy.
What have you found useful?
If you have found any resources to be particularly useful, please feel free to share these with me! I would love to learn about what is out there that is informative and helpful! I would love to know what you have adopted in your congregation to welcome and include people with disability.
Arrange a presentation or conversation
