Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
This is a graphic that explains what guidelines are in place to make online information accessible. This gives a lot of detail into what you can think about when creating a website and uploading information online. This includes written information, videos, pictures, and how you can make sure people with disability can access these types of information.
And, finally, I also shared this website and these images.
I encourage churches with disability accommodations in place, who want to be more welcoming, to put the Hidden Disability Sunflower and the disability symbol on your website. That way people with disability will see your website and know that you will be welcoming of them and have some accommodations in place. You may wonder what the sunflower in particular means? There is a website here that explains this.
These images are free to use. Also, putting these symbols on your email signature is a great reminder to everyone who contacts you that you and your church are welcoming towards people with disability.
